Little Latke was born from a desire to reimagine the traditional potato latke beyond its seasonal roots. Inspired by years of watching the love for her mother’s famous recipe, founder Taylor Blue had an epiphany: “Why not take the best part of a latke and transform it into a shelf-stable, crunchy snack that can be enjoyed all year round?”
